These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website of Tselia Coffee, LLC (“Tselia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any purchases you make through it. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to form a binding contract to place an order.

Products, availability, and pricing

We do our best to describe our products and display prices accurately. Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue items. If we discover an error in a price or description on an order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel and refund an order at our discretion (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred). Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping or pickup location.

Shipping and pickup

Shipping options, timing, local pickup, and related details are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is delivered to the carrier.

Subscriptions

When you start a coffee subscription, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the cadence you select, until you cancel. Shipping is included in each subscription’s price. You can update your payment details or cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage subscription page; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To pause, skip a delivery, change your coffee or update your shipping address, contact usand we’ll make the change for you. If we change subscription pricing, we’ll give you advance notice and the chance to cancel before the change applies.

Returns and refunds

Our return and refund terms, including that perishable items are final sale, are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Food, allergens, and disclaimers

Our coffee and food products are made and packaged in a facility that also handles common allergens. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please review product information and contact us with questions before ordering. Our products and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The Tselia name, logo, content, and design are owned by Tselia Coffee, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tselia Coffee, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
