Tselia — a word with no definition. We have heard there is a similar word in Russian meaning "fullness" and in Ethiopian, meaning "She prays". For us however, Tselia is a blank slate to build something beautiful, an empty canvas that we can paint with the most wonderful hues of life.

Our goal was and remains to be to create a uniquely fitted space — an experience — where people and community can gather, stay, work and do life. In that place, we aim to deliver the highest level of craft in coffee, service and culinary treats to our guests while simultaneously building a space that inspires our team and the people we meet.

Our two iconic cherry blossom trees, paired against red brick walls and a prominent pink-black theme have marked both the space and the name with elegance, a refreshing breath of design and a cozy, ambient atmosphere. Steps away from the busyness of events and downtown but barely removed from the commotion, Tselia finds the perfect balance between city access and quiet cafe charm. Our doors have welcomed all that come to enjoy our space, drinks and atmosphere — we'd like to welcome you too.
